There is a "Pay Upkeep" button on the amenities tab. Don't click it. It charges the guild escrow for the entire cost of rent and all amenities, not just one amentity.

The other affect this has is to make amenities more expensive to buy! Currently a 20 plat amenity with 40g weekly will cost 22 plat. That's because it charges the escrow for the cost of the amenity plus the rental cost through the current hall rental period.
I've put in some extra plat and status to cover some of the overage. In general I think all of those maintaining an amenity should try to put in a months fee in advance- that works best for me anyway since I can remember that at every guild meeting I need to go pay my upkeep. I may eventually just pay a year in advance and forget about it for a while.
