How to make the amenities Tab work in 3rd party UIs

Postby Alexsteelhart on Wed Oct 08, 2008 12:12 am

Okay, I know the irritation about not having the amenities tab show up in the guild hall... but never fear! For Aleks is here!

Its really easy, actually.

Navigate in Windows Explorer to your EQ2 UI folder.

Open My Computer, and click on C:\

Then follow this path (if you installed it to the default location, which I'm sure many of y'all did)

The standard path is-

C:\Program Files\Everquest II\UI

Then go into the third party's UI folder that you're using. (Mine is ProfitUI)

Then find a file named eq2ui_playerhousing.xml and delete it.

DONE! You just boot back into EQ2 and buy those amenities! YAY!
Geek for life, baby...
