Being the most awesome swashy ever... (A guide by Bartlby)

Being the most awesome swashy ever... (A guide by Bartlby)

This is just going to be a few simple rules that ALL swashbucklers should follow in order to make themselves better.

1. Attitude
2. Aggro
3. Appearance
4. Achievements
5. Ad. 3s
6. Armor

1. Being a swashy is all about attitude. If you act like you are the best swashy ever... then you obviously are. The world has no room for shy and timid swashbucklers. Let your bold personality shine through or re-roll another less appealing scout class. Rangers are usually quite boring.

2. This is a game between you and the tank. It's sort of like chess, but with more deaths and no stupid pieces to move. So it's really nothing like chess. Any way, the key here is to steal aggro from the tank as much as possible. The tanks appreciate the break that you are giving them and the healers enjoy healing scout more so than they do plate tanks. Ignore the angry tells and warnings that you recieve about aggro. They are only trying to trick you because they are jealous of you and your hat.

3. How you appear is the single most important factor in being a swashy. If you don't dress well, then you simply can not DPS to your full potential. Find some awesome looking armor and make sure it all matches. After attaining these pieces, you will see significant improvements in your overall performance as a swashbuckler.

4. Do not matter. Just dual wield two same delay weapons and your auto attacks will do the rest. However, if you are a stickler for details, then I would suggest STR- 4/4/6/8/2 Agi- 4/4/6/8/2 Int- 4/3 Sta- 4/4/8 (should be 70)

5. Are simply too expensive... stick with your app 4s and your DPS will be fine. Upgrading is for suckers.

6. Just look for STR/STA/INT with some Melee Crit... Double Attack or Combat Art Dmg and you will be fine. You need no resists.

Enjoy your success,

Bartlby

P.S. Some of this was sarcasm
